These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of searchctshoreline.com and to the Search CT Shoreline text messaging program operated by Justin DeCrosta, a licensed Connecticut real estate salesperson affiliated with eXp Realty ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: Search CT Shoreline Text Alerts

Program description: Consumers who opt in receive text messages from Search CT Shoreline (Justin DeCrosta, eXp Realty) related to their real estate inquiry, including replies to questions, appointment and showing reminders, and transaction updates. Consumers who separately opt in to marketing messages may also receive market updates, new listings, and open house announcements.

How to opt in: by checking an SMS consent box on our website contact form, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and activity.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
How to opt out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you did originally, or text START.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the account holder for, or authorized user of, the mobile number you provide.
